Is the male semen sanitary or dirty?

ok want to know if it is alright to consume u kno ingest the male semen, medically speaking?? is it a sanitary fluid or is it a dirty fluid b/c it comes out all warm? this is uming he have no STD's and is clean of diseases. just the thought of the semens and sperms floating around in mouth make me feel vomit like symptoms....so maybe will feel better if i know if the fluid is sanitary standards. thank you very much.
