Wondering about utilities in West Virginia?

I live in MD now and our gas/electric bill is outrageous, even though I do things all the time to conserve energy. We want to move to lower our bills and were just wondering what the energy bills are like in West Virginia. We are on a budget with our gas/electric company and our bill is still over $300 a month! Maryland raised their gas/electric bills by 82%. That is ridiculous. Anyone from West Virginia that can tell me theirs is better? Thanks!
