My mum neglects/emotionally abuses me? Is this a sign of abuse?

My mum calls me a "tramp" a "scruff bag", sometimes hits me, says; " i dont want anything to do with you". "i would swap you for another daughter", "your an embarrasment", "i dont want to be seen with you" etc.
