Okay, so lately I have been working out a whole lot. I go to the gym 12 times a week. Before I didn't do anything but yoga. Now I do kickboxing, yoga, cycling, an abs cl, Zumba (dance), and just plain working out at the gym. Yesterday, I noticed that sometimes when I move my leg, my knee pops. My mom has a hip problem, and it's hereditary. She told me that it starts in the knees. So I'm freaking out. I didn't say anything to her about it, but I told my dad. I really don't know what to do, I'm really scared.
