Is it possible to hypnotize yourself or trick your mind into thinking you are doing hard work...?
...when you are not doing any hard work at all? I don't think this is a legit show (ManAnswers on Spike Tv) but I heard a while back that to get in shape if you tell yourself that your normal routine (working,chores,etc) is hard work that your body starts to slowly get into shape or lose weight. Now I know that you won't get six packs or hard lean muscles, but I was wondering if it's possible for people to get slim or lose weight? P.S., I am not trying to look for an easy way out of working out, but I am curious about this.
