I am currently 76.4 and i need to be 70.0 kgs..i have lose 18 kilos for now but need to lose 7 more.any ideas?
Drink a 1 L of water for every 20 kg of ur weight everyday, good diet, 5 meals, 3 Big main 2 snacks. thats eating every three hours.. burn more than u eat! remmeber! annnd cardio
