How do you rubber stamp paper napkins?

I want to personalize paper tail napkins for my wedding using rubber stamps. How do I go about that? What kind of ink do I use? I read somewhere you need to seal the ink with heat? How do you do that? Martha says you can stamp anything, but doesn't give any details.
