Help me regarding getting job in US...?

Hii...i am a final year computer engineering student... i would like to kno wat are my chances of getting a good job after my studies... do u think i shld be doin somethin like a ccna or some other certified courses so that it will be easier to get a job? if yes please give me ur suggestions... i am an indian...so i kno the indian IT environment... while replyin please mention the country u belong to.. so that i kno abt the IT trend in ur country and think further abt where to apply for jobs...thanku to everybody hu are abt to reply...
